margarine

brown sugar

vanilla extract
4⅝ g
whole-grain flour
tsp
ground ginger
3⅓ g
applesauce
tbsp
maple syrup

    • 12⅞ g rolled oats
    • tsp ground cinnamon
    • tsp baking powder
    • 10 g brown sugar
    • 4⅝ g whole-grain flour
    • tsp ground ginger

    Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl with a fork.

    • 10 g margarine
    • tsp vanilla extract
    • 3⅓ g applesauce
    • tbsp maple syrup

    Add the wet ingredients to the bowl and combine with a fork until large chunks form. Use your hands to combine the dough until everything is evenly combined.

    Chill the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes. In the meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350F (180C) and line a baking sheet.

    Scoop cookies ( ca. 1 tbsp ) on the parchment paper and flatten the cookies with your palms.

    Bake the cookies at 350F (180C) for 15 minutes. Then bake them another 5 minutes on 400F (200C). Once you took the sheet out of the oven, let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes. Then continue to cool them on a wire rack.
